The Beat off Bullies course, teaches children about the wider issue is associated with bullying and by doing so, gives them an increased level of confidence when faced with a difficult situation. This was specifically designed to equip children with skills and confidence needed when dealing with day-to-day bullying. Whilst school policies coupled with school and parental support help tackle bullying, it’s the child that is left to deal with the situation in the best way they know.
Testimonials
I have worked with Raj with regard to developing a training needs analysis strategy for my team. Raj has delivered two training sessions for managers and key individuals involved in training and development. From the start of the training, it was clear that Raj brought with him in depth subject knowledge and experience. What he also brought was personal enthusiasm and the ability to listen and understand the local situation and then to tailor the training to local needs so that we would get the most out of it. The whole team learned a lot about not only training needs analysis but also about each other, making us a more cohesive and effective team. I would not hesitate to recommend Raj to other teams considering looking at their training and education needs.

Highly recommend Raj Soren and his great webinar providing talks on all aspects of well-being and good mental health. I was very happy to give a talk on Integral Eye Movement Techniques on Changing bothersome memories, which everyone attending was able to achieve quickly and easily. The talk on the Enigma of Autism was very enlightening and Professor Andrew McDonnell was a great and passionate speaker. Many thanks for this service, Raj.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
“Natalie is a great coach, she really helped me find my strength and confidence with a difficult work situation I was dealing with. With her help I managed to speak up for myself and get what I wanted, resulting in a better role and more money. Also, she helped me see how I can improve my personal life and empowered me to understand that I am in the driving seat. I would highly recommend Natalie if you want to create change in any aspect of your life” -- Tiffany, Executive PA
Natalie is a very good listener and can help guide you as you're discovering the best path for yourself. I always enjoyed our sessions but I also found them very helpful. Certainly very happy to recommend her." — David, Project Operations Manager & Programme Manager
"After having undertaken several courses of counseling I decided to explore how life coaching could help me. I met Natalie during a transitional period in my life where I was due to embark on an exciting new chapter yet I felt this was overshadowed by previous traumatic events from my childhood.
Coaching with Natalie helped me gain clarity and acceptance as well as a greater understanding of my own resilience and self-worth.I would not hesitate in recommending Natalie as a coach as she offered me a safe and non-judgemental space to open up and helped me take a step back and observe myself and personal experience as a spectator which in turn enabled me to enter my exciting new chapter with a positive mindset.
I will always value the time I spent with Natalie and will be eternally grateful for the new perspective on life she helped me to gain." — Sarah, A Survivor
